I found the staff here to be welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth. Enjoyed the free parking and security presence. Restaurants and shops are nearby for convenience. The room, however, had an unpleasant odor that needed addressing. Future guests might appreciate bringing air fresheners!

motel 6-oakland, ca, airport offered a seasonal outdoor pool, which was nice, especially on warm days. the location was central, but do note it's in a rough area. the staff's support was decent, which helped when we checked in. overall, the affordability is a plus.

The room was pretty basic. The bathtub had burn marks and the toilet looked old and scary. Chipped paint on the sink made it look messy. The furniture felt cheap, almost like it was from IKEA. No carpet, just dusty floors. Curtains were crooked and dirty. WiFi? Forget it. It was super slow and barely worked. Definitely needs a lot of TLC.
